Task:
During the next 7 class periods, you will create a PowerPoint presentation that gives textual and visual information about you.

Your presentation must include a minimum of 6 slides.
You must include the digital photo of yourself on the first slide.
You must include an original graphic that you created in Paint in at least one of the slides.
Every slide in the presentation must include text and at least one graphic image.
Each graphic needs to be cited in the notes feature.
You need to format the slide transitions.
You must use at least one slide animation.
You must use the "notes" feature to write out what you plan to say when each slide is being shown (NOTE: do not simply read the slides to us, use your words to enhance what the slide is showing). These notes must be printed and given to the instructor prior to your presentation (be sure to staple the pages together).

Your 6 slides should be:

Slide 1 - title slide with picture of you include some vital statistics including full name and birthdate
Slide 2 - timeline of important events in your life
Slide 3 - dominant learning style and career interests
Slide 4 - favorite things
Slide 5 - hopes and dreams
Slide 6 - 10-12 images to represent who you are ( the "notes" on this should be an explanation that tells about why you chose each image/symbol to represent you.)

Extra Credit Slides:
What does your name mean?
The nicest thing about me is?
Ask someone you know to give a quote about you. Give that person credit as the author.
What is your favorite quote and why?

Extra Credit Extention: Print your single favorite slide to hang up in the room. Please ask before you print this.
